1. Introduction


Welcome to TENDRY™. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
TENDRY™ offers virtual assistant services, including admin support, customer service, and e-commerce assistance. All services are delivered remotely.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Services are sold in 10-hour retainer blocks at a set rate as per individual client contacts, with a minimum 2-month commitment.

  • Time is tracked to the nearest 15 minutes.

  • Onboarding time is counted as part of the retainer costs.

  • 50% of the invoice is paid in prior to work commencing and 50% is paid at the end of the rolling month(s).

  • Payment due to be paid via a bank transfer.

  • Unused hours can be used any time during the 2-month commitment period, but do not carry beyond that.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations after booking do not qualify for a refund if the work has already commenced.

  • To end a contract, a client is required to give 30 day notice in writing to info@ellaiconic.co.uk.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear instructions and necessary access to systems.

  • Any delays caused by the client may affect service timelines but do not affect payment terms.

6. Liability

  • TENDRY™ is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or technical failures outside our control.

  • While we strive for accuracy, the client is responsible for reviewing final work.

7. Amendments
TENDRY™ reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
